We were challenged with expanding the reach of HBP’s rich library of 27,000+ business case studies to a specific new audience. We analyzed, critiqued, and expanded upon the early prototypes of HBP's current solution.

I was driven to influence Harvard Business Publishing––one of the most influential entities in business––in a direction grounded by our vision for the future of business. And the world.

We conducted user research & analysis of 250+ students and professors through an online survey, 1:1 interviews, and in-class studies to understand the needs and desires of students regarding business education.

deliverable

I co-led two sub-projects –– one focused on standardizing evaluations of responsible businesses and the other focused on interactive media to make learning more engaging.
